Our cakes are best eaten within 72 hours (3 days) of purchase, and stored in the fridge.

Our macarons stay fresh and crisp for the following: 3 days in the fridge or 1 week in the freezer. Please keep macarons in a sealed container to maintain optimal texture.

Yes, we do. We provide NEXT DAY delivery service across the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) with a delivery window between 2pm-6pm. In Etobicoke, we deliver NEXT DAY between 11am-2pm. You can also find us on Uber Eats for SAME DAY delivery options.

Yes, we do offer cakes and macarons that are gluten-free. Please check all gluten-free options in our Guten-Free menu.

Orders not picked up by the specified date will not be refunded and products will not be kept. Please contact us one day before of pick up or two day before delivery to cancel your order and to receive a full refund. Cancellations on same day will only receive 50% refund.

The cake must be transported in an air-conditioned car on a flat surface. Always fix the cake box in a position, so that it does not move while transportation. Do not put cake box on the seat, as it has a slope or may fall during an abrupt stop of the car.

The majority of our cakes must first be frozen before removing them from their moulds or cake rings. They are then stored frozen to preserve their freshness and only pulled out to be defrosted when required.

Yes they are! Often, our staff may be occupied with a customer already, or are on the phone with another customer. However, we do our best to answer incoming calls!

Most of our cakes are made with minimal added sugar (while maintaining flavour). Unfortunately, they are made in large batches and it would not possible to change the sweetness (or recipe) for any single cake.!

Yes, some of our products contains nuts like hazelnut, pistachio, almond, walnut. For a more detailed list, please see the ingredients list within each product page. All our products has marked possiple allergens.

Mostly of our desserts contains almond flour. Our NUT Free option: Exotic Mango, Exotic Passion Cake.

For all our products that contain gelatin we use beef gelatine.

Yes, all our macarons gelatin free except Gorgonzola pear.

Unfortunately, all our cakes contain eggs.
